Guest Bio: Bernadet Kaldani is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a wellness coach. She graduated from CSU Stanislaus with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2006 and discovered her passion for the brain and body as an undergraduate and loves to share the latest research with her clients! She believes in integrating the body and mind in her work with clients through evidence-based & supported practices. She received a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology in 2013 and has worked in the Bay Area and Central Valley, California. After earning her Masters degree, she continued to pursue her passion in learning of brain & body connection and body-centered approaches to healing and therapy. She has been trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping) and Comprehensive Energy Psychology (CEP). She is also certified in several ThetaHealing® courses. She is excited to share more about stress and the body and how we can use our body and mind to overcome it!

Dayana Mendoza dedicated 22 years of her life to the mainstream corporate mindset. After advancing to a management position quickly and spending 5 years at her most recent job with Apple Inc., Dayana knew deep down that this was not her calling. There was a yearning to embrace her true calling and upon acknowledging her undeniable awareness, Dayana decided to step into her power as a Spiritual Coach. Through meditation, publications, self-development workshops, private coaching sessions, plant healing, world travel, and connecting with Mother Earth, Dayana has been able to mold and enhance her spiritual connection and deepen her understanding of life.
