40. The 7 WAYS to FIND CALM in the CHAOS by using THIS Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Technique

This is a technique therapists use in sessions with clients from a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) approach. All this means is that it is a technique to help people manage stress and overwhelm. I breakdown the acronym "IMPROVE the moment" for you by using each letter as a coping strategy. The brain loves quick memory recall and this technique helps you recall one of the seven coping strategies by using the acronym to help you in the moment.
