Guest Bio: Bernadet Kaldani is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a wellness coach. She graduated from CSU Stanislaus with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2006 and discovered her passion for the brain and body as an undergraduate and loves to share the latest research with her clients! She believes in integrating the body and mind in her work with clients through evidence-based & supported practices. She received a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology in 2013 and has worked in the Bay Area and Central Valley, California. After earning her Masters degree, she continued to pursue her passion in learning of brain & body connection and body-centered approaches to healing and therapy. She has been trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping) and Comprehensive Energy Psychology (CEP). She is also certified in several ThetaHealing® courses. She is excited to share more about stress and the body and how we can use our body and mind to overcome it!
