18. Honoring Juneteenth, Black Liberation & Rest as an Act of Revolution: An Interview with Psychotherapist, Nicole Jackson
In episode 18, I sit down with psychotherapist, Nicole Jackson and discuss self-care and rest as an act of revolution and an intervention in the Black and African American Community. Nicole shares her wisdom, expertise about Black joy, Black rest, and Black healing on this day of Juneteenth, which is a world wide celebration of ending slavery in America. Grab a pen, some tea and curl up to tune in. I know you'll enjoy this episode!
