11. Mindfulness Practice: A Guided Meditation to Help Increase Feeling Calm
In episode 11, I define meditation, the benefits of it, how to meditate and then I guide you into a meditation you can do at home today!
The mantra we repeat is: "I release this day." This will help center you each time you feel distracted by thought, physical sensation, or noise. By repeating the mantra silently to yourself you give a gentle reminder to your mind to return your focus back to the present moment and back to your breath.
I teach you the correct way to breathe to ensure you are receiving the maximum oxygen into your body. Now sit back, relax and get cozy with me as we meditate together.
