42. ARE YOU GOAL Setting for 2021? LISTEN to THIS Interview FIRST w/ Psychotherapist, Shaleah Woods on MINDSET
In episode 42, I interview Psychotherapist and Goal-Getter, Shaleah Woods. Shaleah set an initial health goal back in 2018 to workout 365 days straight for 60 minutes. At the time of this interview recording she was on day 751. Not only did Shaleah surpass her initial goal, but it is now part of her daily habit to move her body and it created a domino effect on her other goals. She built a mindset that was centered around a commitment to herself and even on her hardest days pushed past the excuses. She shares openly through storytelling and helpful takeaways that you can apply as you begin setting your goals or intentions for 2021. Most of us like to set New Year Resolutions and I hope this episode will help to inspire you that you could make that goal come true.
