73. The 3 TIPS YOU NEED to lower your stress this holiday season
The holidays are a fun time, but they can also be busy, stressful and overwhelming. Multiple parties days in a row, or extended family time with stressed relationships can really take it out of us.
If we aren't working to keep our mental health a priority we can easily feel unhappy, anxious and overwhelmed instead of enjoying our gatherings.
